Spicy Hommus & Sweet Potato Tart

Chris’ Traditional Hommus Dip #29045

1 cup of Knorr Sweet Potato Mash #24309

12 Ready Bake Baked 40mm Shortbread Shell  #28923

150g Sliced Brown Onion  #11177

3 Red Chillies, finely sliced

A pinch of McCormick Mixed Spice #23160


1. In a pan, fry the onion with olive oil until caramelised

2. Prepare the mashed sweet pototo and add a pinch of mixed spice

3. Half fill your mini tart shells with mashed sweet potato

4. Top with a dollop of hommus dip

5. Add the caramelised onion and sprinkle with chilli slices

6. Serve either warm or cold
