Herb & Semi-dried Tomato Brie Wheel
- 200g South Cape Brie or 200g South Cape Camembert
- ½ cup fresh herb leaves*, roughly chopped
- ¼ cup semi-dried tomatoes, roughly chopped
- Freshly ground black pepper
Cut Brie wheel through the centre to form 2 rounds. Put the herbs on 1 cheese half. Top with semi-dried tomatoes and freshly ground black pepper. Put the remaining cheese half onto the filling. Put the wheel on a serving plate. Cover with plastic wrap and stand at room temperature for 2 hours or until the cheese is very soft and gooey.
*You can use fresh flat-leaf parsley, oregano, dill and chives.
