What's New 

In October 2019 we asked for your feedback in a survey about our Online Ordering Platform. We heard that improvements could be made to speed, substitutes, product information, error messaging ... and more! Over the last few months we have been busy making changes to make ordering easier for you. Below you will see a brief explanation of each new feature.

 

Faster Ordering: 

Please note the following changes that have been made to speed up your ordering: 

  • The "Add" Button has been removed. You can now add products to your cart by simply using the plus and minus controls.

 

  • The "Re-Order" button now allows you to add past orders to your cart.

 

 

Search Results: 

Please note the following changes to the search results page: 

  • It's now easier to substitute products when you're faced with an out of stock or a partial out of stock. We'll let you know the "Back in Stock" date if available. 
  • The necessary dietary icons associated with each product are now displayed in the search results
  • The storage area of the product (chilled, frozen or chemical) is now displayed in the search results

 

Product Detail Page: 

Please note the following changes to the product detail page: 

  • Dietary Icons are more clearly displayed.
  • Purchase history for the last 6 weeks has been added
  • If available, document downloads such as product specification documents and safety data sheets can be downloaded from the product detail page.

Cart:

Please note the following changes to the cart: 

  • Action items have been given a dedicated page to resolve product out of stocks and product unavailability.
  • A new date selecter has been added to make it easier to choose your next delivery date.
