1. Customer is locked out
A Customer can be locked out if they have had 5 incorrect password attempts. Please contact a member of the CCC Team to have them instantly unlocked.
2. Customer has not received the 'Sign Up' email
This is generally caused by Moco's Sign Up email going to the Customer's Trash or Junk inbox. Please ask them to search these areas before completing the support form.
