ABOUT US
Knifehands
As a Knifehand you will play an important role in producing portion cut meat products for our customers. We're prepared to give you the training you need on the job, where you'll be working as a part of a close knit team where consistency and safety are key pillars of performance.
You'll be preparing, cutting and packaging meat, operating a variety of machinery such as mincers, skinners and injectors.
✔Knife handling experience preferred but not required
✔Good organisation skills
✔Enjoys working in a small team environment
Butchers
Experienced Butchers play a key part in our production line, bringing the necessary knife skills to produce precise cuts of meet to meet customer demands.
