1.Question: How do I know what products are on the InSeason Reward program 

Answers: Products are labelled as “Rewards” on Moco’s eCommerce portal as they have been in previous years. 

2.Question: When do I start accumulating points?  

Answer: Points begun to accumulate as of the 1st of February 2021, for customers that register no later than June 30th, 2021. Customers must be registered to accumulate points. Points will not be rolled over from the previous Signature Rewards Program. Any purchases that have accrued points will be backdated to 1st February 2021, if customers register before June 30th, 2021. 

3.Question: If I miss the 30th June registration timeframe, will I lose my points? 

Answer: Yes. Any points earned between Feb 1st and June 30th will be forfeited if customers do not register by June 30th.  

4.Question: How do I redeem my points?  

Answer: Points can either be redeemed for gift cards (there are a variety of options available), or credit off your account. Redemptions will be available from 1st July, 2021.  

5.Question: How much are my points worth?  

Answer: Customers earn 1 point on every $1 they spend on participating products. There will also be “limited time bonus points” opportunities on promoted products (similar to “booster” points like Woolworth Rewards offer).  

6.Question: How long are my points valid for?  

Answer: Points will be valid for 12 calendar months from the month of issue and customers will be provided with updates on their points balances more frequently. Customers will be notified in advance of any expiring points. 

7.Question: When can I redeem points? 

Answer: Customers can redeem points at any time, after 1st July 2021.   

8.Question: How long will it take me to redeem points? 

Answer: Redemption will occur within 72 hours of being lodged via the online platform. 

9.Question:  How long does it take for points to be updated? 

Answer: The most “up to date” points balance is always following the 7th day of the month. 

10.Question: Who’s responsibility is it to manage my account details? 

Answer: It is the customers responsibility to manage their details on the InSeason Rewards website. Customers must ensure they have a responsible delegate as their registered “account holder”.  

11.Question: Can my Moco Rep log in and redeem points on my behalf? 

Answer: No. Moco is not allowed to redeem points on behalf of a customer.  

12.Question: Can members pool points between different Distributors? 

Answer: Customers can pool points, but only if points are earned from purchases from the same Distributor. Pooling of points can also occur where one owner has multiple venues, but the points accrued must be redeemed from the Distributor they made their purchases through.
