Market Update 29th October
Fish: A great start to the week with most of our fresh fish available excluding Mullet & Blue Eye, we will advise if either of these become available during the week. For your convenience you can purchase fillets skin on or off in 5kg or 3kg units of most species.
Prawns: With trawlers continuing to source smaller prawns we are seeing a decline in availability of medium and large prawns occurring which has caused a shortage and inevitably higher pricing.
Crabs: As mentioned last week we have good supply of frozen spanner crabs cut in half and cleaned (25521) in stock now awaiting your order.
Imported Fish Fillets: We have good supply of imported Barramundi and other popular lines at competitive pricing. We have been notified by our importers to expect shortages of Hoki skin off over the coming months due to unavailability of the raw material. We will keep you posted with regular updates.
