Moroccan Tangine Lamb

Cooking time – 1-3 hours
Ingredients (serves 15)
MASTERFOODS Moroccan Tagine Meal Sauce 2.1kg
Lamb shoulder, diced 3kg
Dates, pitted 375g
Saute your meat in oil.
Add Moroccan Tagine Meal Sauce and water, simmer uncovered for 1 to 3 hours.
Add dates, simmer for a further 10 minutes.
Tip: Serve with saffron infused couscous and garnish with coriander and slivered almonds.
