Ingredients:

55g IXL Caramel Fudge #18603

60 Shortbread Shell 62mm

500g crushed peanuts

IXL Chocolate Fudge #18596 (topping sauce)

Method

Pipe the caramel fudge sauce into the shortbread shells

Sprinkle with crushed peanuts and chocolate fudge sauce

Serve with cupcake wrappers
